Client-centered, Creative Therapy for Adolescents, Families, and Adults
Hi there, thanks for stopping by! I invite you to take a breath, relax for a moment, and reflect on your life. You are welcome here, fully accepted.
Most of us have behaviors and emotions that we want to feel more in control of. Old thought patterns can be persistent and cause much suffering. We want to act and feel a certain way, but there are so many barriers. Sometimes it's discouraging: "I just don't know what to do."
The good news is that healing IS possible. It takes time, work, commitment to the process. But if you want a better life, something that reflects the best version of yourself, therapy can be very helpful.
Take your time. Beginning therapy is a brave step and I appreciate your courage to consider accepting support. I respect your process and want you to be as comfortable as possible. This journey is about honoring you, your needs, wherever you are. Please let me know if I can help. I offer a free 30 minute initial consultation to ensure tht we are a good fit.

Hi! I'm Becky Zal-Sanchez. I identify as female (she/her) and am of Persian and Caucasian descent. My maiden name is Zal and I am happily married to a Sanchez.
I’m proud to have over a decade’s worth of experience supporting youth, families, and adults. Some of my past work experience has been within systems of community mental health, schools, child welfare, juvenile justice, foster care, and developmental disabilities.
I love being a therapist! I am trained in EMDR and Hypnotherapy and use innovative, person-centered interventions to help clients heal from difficult feelings and events. Using a strengths-based approach, I focus on helping clients discover their inner aptitudes and core healthy identities in order to help heal other parts of themselves that are struggling.
